If you're in need of a simple, last minute dessert, or just a delicious one, Oreo Bark is the perfect choice. It ]has two ingredients and it only takes about 20 minutes from beginning to end.
11 oz package of white chocolate chips (I use Ghiradelli)
1/2 package of Oreos
1. In a double boiler ( you can also use two stacked pots if you need to), melt the white chocolate chips till the mixture is smooth. While the chocolate is melting, break up most of the Oreos. I use ten for this part. Just chop or break them into small-medium pieces. Add to the chocolate mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
2. Line a square pan (8x8 or 9x9) with wax paper. Pour in chocolate mixture. Using a spatula, try to smooth it out. This can be tricky and it doesn't need to be perfect. Crumble a few more Oreos and then sprinkle them on top of the mixture in the pan.
3. Set the pan in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes in order to let it harden. Remove it and break it up into pieces.
